Matrimoniale - Dedicated to the man who built the residence, Don Alessandro, grandfather of the current owner who inherited the same name. 

The entrance is private and is accessed by an ancient staircase in Lecce stone adjacent to the main door. 

It used to be a storeroom, where the projector of Surbo's Cinema Vergallo, also built in the 1940s by Don Alessandro, and the mountains of posters of films screened until the late 1980s when Donato, the son of the Salento tycoon, was forced to close its doors due to the cinema crisis. 

Today, that shed is the most seductive suite in the house, whose modern and sophisticated furnishings make for an elegant and refined atmosphere. 

The bathroom is spacious and comfortable with a comfortable bathtub and two washbasins.
