There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, Donna Carmela, Donna Evelina and Donna Rosa, located on the ground floor of the house.

Donna Carmela and Donna Rosa overlook the small villa in front of them, where typical Mediterranean plants grow, while Donna Evelina overlooks the typical Salento garden behind them, where fruit trees and citrus fruits grow. 

Each room has a different style, refined and elegant, where the modern blends with the antique. Furnishings in Lecce stone, olive tree and embroidery, traditional Salento elements embellish the rooms.

On request, the Donna Evelina and Donna Rosa rooms can be converted into double rooms with separate single beds; please indicate your request at the time of booking. 

This double bedroom suite is located on the first floor of the B&B and is accessed from a private entrance next to the house. The furnishings are modern and its inlaid fir doors make the ambience refined and refined. It has a large bathroom with bath and double washbasins. The hundred of the ancient entrance door of the house allows the view of the cottage. An armchair bed offers the possibility of an optional place.

The heart of the house, whose rooms are elegant and refined. The typical Salento star vaults frame the authentic Art Nouveau and design furnishings. A rather large room that, embellished with friezes and decorations of the time, a relaxation corner of the Suite, separates the two rooms, which guarantee its guests privacy and absolute tranquility.  Both double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, enjoy the view of the outside, one on the villa in front, in which a centuries-old palm tree rises towards the sky and two imposing rose gardens bloom, the other, on the other hand, overlooks the garden behind, populated by citrus fruits, native and exotic fruit trees. For one of them, on request, there is the possibility of transforming it into a double room with separate beds.

Double/twin/triple – It is dedicated to the beautiful, elegant and sensitive Rosa, mother of the current landlord and wife of Donato, third son of Don Alessandro and Donna Evelina. It is comfortable and well-kept, characterized by some vintage furnishings from the 60s. It enjoys the view of the villa in front of which two imposing rose gardens bloom that give an unusual view. The walk-in closet and the shower for two people are spacious, the latter obtained from the ancient basement.
