In keeping with Salento tradition, Alessandro, the host, inherited his paternal grandfather's name.A television author, screenwriter, journalist and poet, he lives between Milan and Surbo.He loves art, cinema and cooking, passions inherited from Donato, his father, manager of the family-owned Cinema Vergallo, built in the 1940s.Every morning Alessandro prepares and serves guests breakfast with typical local products and those from his garden.
